“Great that they were able to get the part for a Thule bike rack that I was looking for - comprehensive diagrams included - but disappointing that the item was shown as in stock when in fact it needed to be requested for delivery. Had I been told by email that there would have been a delay I wouldn't have had to follow up with a phone call. In the end it arrived as promised.”
“Brackets arrived BUT and its a BIG but they are the wrong ones for my thurle kayak carrier ...part number I obtained from Thurle Web site was the wrong one.....Toys4Cars have been very good .l.lgave me the correct part number and informed me to return the wrong pats for replacement....good staff good servie....I have posted the part off today for replacement”
